Tựa game Chao Legion có lối chơi khá giống với Devil May Cry cũng được phát triển bởi hãng Capcom về độ chặt chém thì khỏi phải nói rất đã tay 




Cốt Truyện

Game lấy bối cảnh vào năm 791 A.S (Anno Satanis) với nhân vật chính là người anh hùng Sieg Warheit với nhiệm vụ đi tìm lại người bạn thân của mình là Victor Delacroix là kẻ đã đánh cắp cuốn sách cấm Apocrypha of Yzarc và đang có ý đồ giải thoát linh hồn của Boss Azrail một kẻ sở hữu sức mạnh kinh khủng có thể dễ dàng phá hủy hết cả 3 thế giới (Nether World, Middle World và Celestial World) Trong khi Sieg Warheit muốn ngăn chặn kế hoạch điên rồ này thì Declacroix lại cho rằng chính Sieg là nguyên nhân chính mà bạn gái của anh ta chết
